Registration is open until September 26th. To be considered for an oral presentation, please register and submit your abstract by September 16th. Poster abstracts may be submitted until the 26th.

Registration Costs

FACULTY/INDUSTRY:                        $250.00

STUDENT/POST DOCS:                     $125.00

VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE:                     $30.00

The registration prices include the Thursday night symposium banquet, break refreshments, and lunch on Friday.
Virtual attendants will not be selected to present posters or talks.

Travel Awards

We invite students and post docs with submitted abstracts to apply for a travel award. Please send an email to jmcalabr@med.unc.edu and qi_zhang@med.unc.edu, along with a copy of your abstract and few sentences about your current career stage and how a travel award would facilitate your career development (<250 words). Travel award notifications will be made on a rolling basis but no later than September 16th, and travel awards will be presented at the conference.
